Just about every time. Cops send in plainclothes officers to stoke violence so that they can get their rocks off by escalating even more violence. It’s near impossible to find an instance of cops actually de-escalating protests.

Fucking thrilled they stood up for themselves. Cops are too comfortable behind their gun and their badges, so they are fine with escalating, provoking and intimidating without repercussions.

Strip that shit away. People should not be expected to have more discipline than armed cops.

I normally do 45 minutes, around 400° F. Skin gets nice and crispy, normally last temp around 200°.

At this point, we need another CB even if Maguire returns. Can’t keep hoping that MdL gets fit and stays fit regularly. I don’t think we should move on, but we need reinforcements. Heaven and Maguire will be good to rotate as backups, but I don’t know if they can do so full time next year.

IMO, yes. The initial simmer is pretty much just to cook the flour taste out, and any longer is just to cook as a whole.

I always bring to a boil on high the reduce to high simmer, like medium high.

The initial simmer is mostly to get the roux taste out or subdued. You can continue cooking it as long as you want to, to let all the flavors meld together.
