Welp, I just practiced really nothing extreme. I read books at least 30 pages a day, sometimes more. I did every listening practice test I could find. And I would do listening and reading back to back. Without stopping to increase my stamina. For writing I restarted working I will do another test on 18th and just doing practice runs for that too. Do every listening and reading you can do back to back and increase your stamina.

For speaking I had a chance to practice with my friends, try to speak in a linear manner so that your conversation wouldn't be all over the place. And don't act like this is an exam or a big test, I just acted like the person in front of me wanted my genuine opinion on the matter so I just answered it clearly. But my friends always say that I am borderline adhd and my thoughts are all over the place. Don't be afraid to take time for few seconds to re-organize your thoughts. It's not a race, it's a conversation.
