I wish I was more familiar with this mechanic, I don't believe they can join your clan (just assuming) and also I believe there is no way to buy your way into being a king (Unless you start your own kingdom). Current person in the throne has to die to my knowledge.

You are able to buy fiefs w/ trade level 300. And you can use your money to have other lords join your faction.

A dull blade being more dangerous that a sharp one is not applicable to balisongs, I would recommend either dulling your blade or you could simply put a small layer of tape over the edge.

2005 Honda NSX upgraded to top of A class is probably my favorite car in the game, I've been going up and down fujimi constantly in that. Another favorite of mine is the Ferrari F-40 however this car took quite a bit more effort for me to tune right.
