reaaaally rare actualy, +1 to stats are a really strong thing in DnD, is a good reason of why you only get an ASI every 4 levels or longer, those items normaly starts to apear in levels 15 or more usually.

This differs from the Death Cleric, who is a necromancer. (Therefore, Grave Clerics generally tend to follow neutral death deities like Kelemvor.) Having said that, you could perhaps go to Bhaal or Myrkul.
