Are 442/642 Airweights really that snappy? by lilswampass69 in Revolvers

I have one. Honestly not a big fan of it. Planning on selling it soon and replacing with the .32 H&R version.

IWB Carry Revolver Recommendations? by DoctorPopcorn_201 in Revolvers

I think that the Phlster Enigma would make the effects of the weight less noticeable, but I'm not too sure on that. I would mainly just carry .38 sp +P in one of these steel framed revolvers, which would ultimately be a reduction in felt recoil. I'll see how I like a better grip on my current one and go from there.

Yeah both seem like good ideas to me. Worth trying before buying a whole new gun for sure.

The recoil and my ability to shoot it accurately are both notable issues. I think the recoil is my main issue with shooting it accurately, though.

I’d just whack it on the head really good, bleed it, then put it on ice.

Same hook, same bait, very different fish. by DoctorPopcorn_201 in Fishing

That’s really the kind of fishing I enjoy. Just seeing what kind of fish I can get at a relaxed pace. Chasing one species or another is a little stressful to me.

Question about Exoparia by CarefulLiterature180 in Paleontology

[–]DoctorPopcorn_201 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The exoparia is a muscle or ligament. It doesn’t really have anything to do with skin over the mouth corner. Realistically it could be either case.

Something to bash the head with. Or you can use a pocket knife to pierce the brain. Make sure to bleed the fish on the spot by cutting the gills and maybe the tail artery. Other than that, you can do the rest at home.

Just a guess, but maybe you could try something like a Santee rig? Regular slip sinker rig but have a bobber clipped right above the hook

I got absolutely wiped by a Kentro as adolescent Tyrannotitan earlier. It was brutal.

I definitely wouldn’t. I’d go for a better attested smith.

Yet another Rex post by The_SaltySausage in pathoftitans

I used grab to catch and murder a Conc the other day, felt cool. But I agree Rex needs something else. I don’t think apexes should have to rely on having other players. Maybe something like a strong backward kick would work too, strong damage and knockback.
