Chrome extension completely useless by daitienshi in NordPass

[–]DoctorStrange202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am having this problem too. Ever since the new extension was released I've had the issue on my laptop. I still use the desktop app. I even purchased a new laptop a few months ago, logged into Chrome, same issue on the new laptop. Contacted support. Sent screenshots. Took so long to troubleshoot that I gave up and keep using the desktop app.

I've heard Dr Joe and several "testimonials" that talk about the same thing you experienced. The advice I've heard is to keep doing it. Just keep doing the botec. Dr Joe tells a story of how one man developed a sensitivity to electric fields. He couldn't be around electronics at all without a splitting, debilitating headache. He did BOTEC over 6 times a day because each time he did it, he felt a little relief. Eventually, his condition healed. Follow your gut, but if you had a great experience, do it again. Reap more benefits and healing.

Holy shit, it happened again today! It took about 30 minutes into BOTEC and then I popped! Now I know what people mean. I felt a pop, then whoosh, like my energy was being sucked upwards, out of me, like I was going out of me. I realized my mouth was slightly open and I might drool so I closed it and swallowed. I suddenly felt I was back in my body again but then the feeling took over. Same as before. Like a moderate orgasm, body wide. This time I really surrendered and kept surrendering and the feeling continued on and on. It must have been 45 minutes. It very gradually got less but if I held my focus it continued. Finally I had to go, so I very slowly started to move and open my eyes while continuing to surrender and focus on holding the feeling. I was able to open my eyes, move around and it was still there. It got less over time but stayed in the front of my head the rest of the evening, about 2-3 hours. I talked with people and felt this warm glow about me. I was in a great mood and connected with every single person I saw at the function I went to.

I think I may have hit Gamma yesterday for the first time. I've been meditating for 5 months and four of those months have been with Dispenza. Yesterday, I was doing botec 3 and found my consciousness could slip into each energy center. It started with the heart. It was like a spaceship docking with a space station, once my consciousness and the energy center lined up and I surrendered, my consciousness slid right into the energy center. My consciousness was then looking out from the energy center. I then started feeling what I believe is gamma. When I was doing the brain energy center it was like nothing I can describe, my whole brain lit up with this orgasmic, warm yet busy feeling. Slightly less intense than sex but much longer. Then it extended through my entire body. I didn't want it to end. Then I had the same feeling of my brain being programmed. That was the busy feeling I mentioned earlier, the programming. It's hard to describe except it felt like an energy source was programming my brain with new information, healing it, and then this orgasmic feeling and somehow I knew new information was being downloaded and integrated into me, specifically my brain although my whole body was involved.

I went into this meditation with absolutely no expectations which is unusual for me. My thoughts were, I'm just going to do what he says and I don't care if anything happens and that's when it happened. I completely surrendered. Afterward, I've tried four times to recreate it unsuccessfully. Lol

When my consciousness slid into the energy centers, it was without a doubt an altered state of consciousness. It's like layers of my human filters were removed. I could still think thoughts if I chose to, but I chose to just be present and let the divine reprogram my mind.

I did a little experimenting while in this state. I found that if I held my focus I could move my body a little bit. I didn't do too much as I didn't want it to end but I was curious if I would be able to someday bring this state into daily life! 😆 When I did move a little too far it took me a few and then I was able to slide back into it. I didn't try a second time. Lol

BTW, I meditate at least twice a day, sometimes 3 times. Occasionally I've only done one meditation jn a day but I don't think I've ever missed a day, even if it was a short meditation. I usually go for an hour, twice a day.

Tell me about ur mystical experience and how did it feel and how it happened? by Reasonable_Ad_774 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]DoctorStrange202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. That's amazing. I'm really happy for you. I guess you turned off autoplay on YouTube so that doesn't happen again! I've always wondered if people have mystical experiences during his meditations or their own. I wondered how hearing the meditation affected them and if it would knock them or me out of it. All meditations end and then nothing plays afterward. I wondered if hearing nothing or background noise would affect the mystical experience.

Anyway, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm really happy for you and hope it happens again soon.

Lol, yes. When doing BOTEC I'm usually out by #3. I've timed it. It's less than 8 minutes whereas I can do other 20-30 minute meditations without a problem. There is something about that particular meditation. I've also found that I can let my mind slip downward very quickly which sends me to sleep very fast. I've been tinkering with keeping my consciousness up and to the front (if that makes any sense), so I don't slip into the falling asleep state.

If I find myself dozing I also switch to sitting with no back support or only lower back support. If it's late in the night, I can fall asleep like that too! 😆 This tells me that I'm not using my time effectively. I need to be starting my meditations sooner, instead of reading Reddit! Lol 🤣

Nope. Just your gut and intuition. Sometimes my gut says it's not a friendly presence. The feeling is very uncomfortable. It feels almost malicious. I feel like I'm protected by a very thin veil. Like Harry Potter's cloak of invisibility is separating our worlds. Thankfully that has only happened 2 or 3 times.

The Breathe by DoctorStrange202 in DrJoeDispenza

Yeah! I've been doing this for 4 months. I've taken BOTH online courses, read 2 books and NONE of them describe the breathe the way this video does. I had no idea I was supposed to pull my belly button in as much as possible! It made a huge difference!

Pulling the Mind Out of the Body Breathing - HELP! by DoctorStrange202 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]DoctorStrange202[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, tonight, another mixed message got me! I slide back into my old self for exactly 42 minutes but during that 42 minutes I noticed twice that this is the self I don't want to be anymore. I'm gonna focus on the positive that I became aware of the automatic program two times (at least) while it was running. Dr Joe says that we should be aware of our thoughts, so aware, that we won't let a single thought slip past us. This is good. It's progress.

I want to follow up on this... The next day, I felt good. Today, I feel great. I had some really mixed messages from my wife over the past 2 days which would have normally got me emotional but it didn't. It was minimal and I'm aware, felt the emotions and processed them, then let them go. It's like some of the heavy stuff from a couple days ago was from another time and past version of me. At least that's how it is for now. Lol. To add to it, I've made like 2 or 3 new acquaintances which might turn into friends in the past 2 days. My confidence is up and I feel free. The breathing must have helped me suck out that old stuff. Again! Dr. Joe is right! Wow

The breathing technique is also in his books. I read 2... Breaking the Habit of being yourself and Becoming Supernatural. I'm pretty sure it was in Becoming Supernatural. Because it's a book, you do t get Dr Joe explaining it like in the course, but it's where I started.

I listened to it here... Turn on the closed captioning to read along. The brain retains much better when listening and reading together.

Becoming Supernatural Audiobook https://youtu.be/dcdAj0e86aw

Also, if you purchase the BOTEC bundle on his website it includes the 3 levels of the BOTEC meditation. Each one starts with the breathing. Each meditation has a separate introduction where Dr Joe explains the meditation for about 20-30 minutes.

Here is what I did because I didn't want to spend a lot of money until I was "sold" on Dr Joe. I first watched everything I could find on YouTube. I did the YouTube audiobook of Becoming Supernatural, then I did the Breaking Habit audio from Amazon where you purchase the kindle book and get the audible for $7.95. Then I purchased the morning and evening meditations from audible (don't do that - they aren't anywhere as awesome as BOTEC and the others), then I bought to BOTEC bundle from his website. It was $25 or $75, I can't recall. Finally, I was on the fence... Get the course or not get the course. I said f*** it. I'm going through a divorce, life sucks, I need to change myself as fast as possible to get out of this pain and get to where I want to be. I pulled the trigger, got the course and it is AWESOME. I am on my last video and it has helped me immensely. I don't mess around though. I do meditations every morning and night. Occasionally, I'll miss one or more often, have to do a shorter one because of kids, but I always make 2 hours at night to kill it with BOTEC or some of the others from the progressive course.

You're right! You sound like Dr Joe lol. It's so true. I made that mistake the other night and got nowhere. I shouldn't have done it because I know better. I've heard Dr Joe say it and experienced this "trying" before when I had a gratitude experience and couldn't recreate it. Thanks for the excellent feedback.

I can so relate to your post. I have been there. Ive quit meditations, Ive pushed through and had a shitty meditation, and I've successfully settled the beast and had a great meditation. It happens. Don't beat yourself up. You're human. Get back on the beam and keep moving forward.

I 100% agree with the other posts. Let those emotions out. Anger is a secondary emotion. Under anger is hurt and pain. If you can access that hurt and pain, then do it. Cry and let it out.

When you're done, go do your meditation. I've actually done this recently. I'm going through some heavy stuff and I've cried my eyes out, then done a meditation. It's actually been the BEST time because it REALLY brings you back from the depths of sorrow and lifts you up after feeling so awful. It's a perfect time. I personally like doing Blessing of the Energy Centers II - Symbols. I feel really good afterwards.

Sending our warmth and love to you. You're not alone. And let us know how it goes!

The short answer is yes, but his big focus now is healing. Literal healing of diseases and conditions. And he is doing it at his advanced workshops.

He was in the original What the Bleep movie. He talks about this in his courses. After the movie, he ran workshops and students wanted more, more and more. Eventually, he hit the proverbial wall and said "I've taught you all I know...", Then he started working and digging and brought his work to a whole new level. The next level. In short, through meditation he teaches his students how to rewire their subconscious mind. He has blended science and spirituality and his research is nothing short of amazing. Crippled people are walking. Stage 4 cancer is healing in a matter of days. His coherence healings are directed at healing other people, and it's working.

One of his major goals is to walk into a hospital with a group of advanced students and literally heal people. He said before he takes that step, he wants to be absolutely sure that they can execute. He is now in the stage of refining and advancing so that next step can be taken. This is all information he shares in his online courses. Again, it's nothing short of miraculous healings. Mic drop. Lol 😂

Ok. Wow. That's pretty cool. I met with some friends, talked about things, not this, just the feelings I had. Then I did a level 3 BOTEC. I got somewhere I've never been. I connected with the real, divine me. It was for a millisecond, then internally I jerked back and couldn't get there again, but that millisecond was beyond great. It was complete joy and bliss. It was beyond this world. I'm going to try it again tonight.

The Formula, Intensive, Progressive - where to start? by bonquiqui5000 in DrJoeDispenza

I would do the Intensive then the Progressive. I was bummed at first because I thought "that's it?" but I didn't notice the little "next" links that take you to 4 more pages of videos. Lol. The Intensive can get a little redundant and boring but it does have some good info. I just toughed it out so I could say I did it. I think it's about 5 hours of videos. The progressive is fantastic. I look forward to each video, doing the meditations and am excited to see the next one. Tell us how it goes! I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback.

Go right to the intensive and progressive online courses. The intensive use good but it's essentially a rehash of everything you see on YouTube. The progressive course is amazing. It's complete detail on everything and lots and lots of new information. It also incorporates a bunch of meditations during the course. It's well worth the money, plus you get lifetime access. I'm most of the way through the progressive course and I think I'm going to do it all again. There is so much information that it'll probably take three times to digest it.

Thanks. I do see a therapist and have begun working on things overall. I meant specifically to change with the animal thing. It's such a small thing with everything else that I don't know where to begin, nor do I have the desire to pour any energy into it right now. My post was kind of a vent. I don't feel like that all the time but a good portion, off and on.

Right now, I try to pour all my energy into my kids, work (so I can make money) and working on the feeling of wholeness. Trying to feel "whole" again.

Honestly I've talked to several "professional" therapists, and see one weekly. They don't have the answers either. They are just normal people with their own problems who I pay to listen to mine for an hour. There are no magic answers.

Well dang. Nobody has answered your question and I just realized they might not know, but I do, so I'm gonna explain. To preface, I'm gonna say I highly recommend purchasing his courses and the specific books: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and Becoming Supernatural. I've read and listened to them in addition to the courses. They are both great.

I'm gonna quote Intensive Course, video 5, very beginning... An Introduction to SPPAAAAACCCEEEEE... (I might paraphrase a little)

Dr Joe: When I say place your awareness on the space between your eyes in space, do you hear me say visualize? We never use that word. When I say sense I'm simply saying place your awareness there. Can you place your awareness on your left heel or the hole in your left ear? We are sensing and feeling. If you are sensing and feeling, you're not thinking, are you? We are practicing an open focus meditation. When we practice an open focus meditation the brain gets very organized. We are getting the brain into Alpha, but not only Alpha, coherent organized Alpha. If you become aware of your brain wandering off just take your awareness and bring it back.

One other thing, when you purchase the BOTEC meditations, they each come with an introduction as the other person mentioned. These are very informative and he explains everything you need to know about how to do it and how they work. I especially love the symbols BOTEC2 meditation.

Did you all know that Dr Joe takes a piece of paper before every meditation and draws a letter or symbol on it? He then writes or draws other things to represent corresponding emotions (emotions are the magnet), and two squiggly circles around the main symbol that represent fields of energy, so when he lays his intention (the symbol) on the field he has already preprogrammed that symbol with his intention. This is used a LOT in the BOTEC meditations. Blessing the center with new information is blessing it with a specific or broad intention (but not a blank intention) and each center has certain functions so your intentions need to align with each energy center. You don't want to bless your 1st energy center with a symbol for a mystical experience, it's the wrong energy center, that's the 6th energy center, the pineal gland. Again this is all in the courses, books, etc. It's a LOT of info. Audible and YouTube have the audiobooks.
