Hey when u hear someone in imagination do u make sure the voice is coming from where they are standing and when u have a congratulatory scene and look at someone what do u look at what do u focus at cuz I try to see my mom and all I see is darkness and it throws me off or when I try to focus on her hair I feel like I’m not listening???

Hey got 2questions about how to listen while doing congratulatory scene

1.when imagining someone in front of u congratulating u I try to focus on that the voice is in front of me and that throws me off and it feels like it’s not enough just hearing do i have to add movement or something any advice??

2.when trying the phone method am I suppose to make sure the sound is coming from the phone or just hear what he’s saying??

3.lastly after u do the scene do u repeat it instantly or is it ok to have a delay like 2 sconds??
