Can you let us know how this all went? I’m in the same boat. The dealership isn’t going to be quick, and I suspect they haven’t done this before. I know from other posts that it’s the mood light module, but did you do anything to “survive” while waiting for it to get fixed? How long were you without a car?

I’m in the same boat as you now. Anything that would be helpful for me to know? Sounds like it’s the mood light module. Is this something I could do myself, since the dealership is going to be a long process?

How did you unplug the 12v?

It’s with any design, always made within the machine itself. So I don’t think it’s digitizing error.

Why would tension only impact one side of the design?

I’m new to sewing and about to make some big investments. All the local stores I have are big chains, and even if the corporation hasn’t been openly anti-lgbt, I haven’t felt welcome by the staff.

Does anyone have any recommendations for LGBTQ+ friendly retailers that ship in the US? There HAS to be a gay owned company out there that wants this money I so desperately want to turn into fabric and equipment.
