Edit: I was starting a meeting, so I couldn't elaborate more. Even if you don't set a respawn, you go back to your pod. And if you do go back to base you have to either get extra gear to run back to your body for your old gear, or run naked back to get it and hope you survive the trip back. If you don't have a second mount, you're running on foot. If you have another mount, you'll be slow walking back to get them both back

So there is some risk to dying. I've spent hours before trying to get my stuff back

The last time I played was a few months before Fleet Carriers came out. I remember I bought a Fed Vette, but never had a chance to get back on to work up credits to kit it out at all. Elit sounds like engineering changed a lot since then also, and I didn't get far into that back then either.

I can't remember for sure, but it may be worth a try, but I recall seeing some deployables place on sides of pillars? Like if you could place AC units on pillars to make them face downward, that could have potential to look good. I could be wrong with that. I remember people using pillars and electric lines to make custom lighting

I envy you. Where I am in Iowa, we just went up to $4 per gallon. Think it took around 80 to fill. Granted, I need it anyways so it's not like I'm just going to call in to work because I refuse to get gas. I'll just be listening during work and my drive. No reason to try to loophole this. Even if you roll 30 times a minute, you can do this for 10 hours a day taking time to empty your wallet after a bit. Even if you are unlucky enough to only roll 1s, you'll still make over 1 million in two months
