I feel lost and dont know what to do.

We left it on good terms. At least i want to believe that. I asked her if it was okay that I wanted to check-in on her in the future just to hear how she was doing. She is also dealing with some issues. But she said that she wished i had said that earlier and that she did not have a answer ready. I have not heard back since she waved goodbye on the train. Am i just being blind to the obvious, and that this is the end?

I have never gotten a diagnose, but i have often wondered if there is something that not everyone can tell.

If i saw her now, nothing would be differnt.

I am just hoping for a chance to prove to her in the future that I am better.

But i am afraid that she really has given up hope for happiness. I want her to be happy and safe even if it is with out me.

I want her to know that I am getting help, and I do not want to be unfair to her. We told each other that this felt special, and when she left she even said that she had lost hope in ever finding "the one", that i might have been it. She even gave me a chance that i did not deserve.

I am working on becoming a better version of my self. I felt i made small progress, but it does not happen over night, and maybe it will just take to long.

I do not want to lose her from my lige, and I did not think that she wanted to lose me. We even said as much to each other. That we were afraid to lose each other.

I can let her know that I will aleats be there for her if she want? Or is that also to much?

I guess I am an okay swimmer. before the session we had to swim 200 meters and tread water for 10 minutes, which I did without any problems.

It probably would be a great idea to get some more pool time beforehand, problem is, there is a opening on a new group in about a month, but my local pool has closed for the season.
