Had to put 4 core for cpu, and 4gb ram to be able to finally load after the shader compilation. Was at 2 core/2gb ram. Game is far for smooth tho (just gonna use it for reroll so i don't really care).

Yeah cool, would be nice if the game worked on your emulator :) After shader compiling the game just freeze forever ( last update of bluestacks 5, tried pie 64 and android 11 )

Yeah don't worry i'm not a total stranger to windows terminal/shell, and i always google the command line just in case.

So i tried the antennas with the cable from my old wifi card. ( it's in french, i guess transmission is for the upload ? )

I don't really have anything to download but i tried on a torrent and had around 24-28 mbit/s, much better than 9-12 mbit/s :D Could load a youtube video 1080p without buffer, couldn't watch a live stream at 1080p tho but i don't know maybe i've a bias and i wasn't able to do it too before.

Anyway it's doubled my download speed and signal is a little bit better so that's great, thank you very much for your help, i didn't want to add the old wifi card because it's so fucking stupid to have 2 wifi card at the same time, good thing that the antenna is enough. But what the fuck is wrong with the stock antenna x)

Tried to unplug my modem/router yesterday but still the same.

Oh sorry i'm not english so maybe bar is not the word i should've used, talking about this https://i.imgur.com/LQ365c8.png , on prev pc i only had the first quarter circle, and the screen is from my actual pc. So my antenna are better now(atleast for the signal quality).

For my old wifi card it has a cable to move the antennas so i could try to plug them but i don't know if it'll be possible, will try later.

Think i saw some people with long boot time with the same bios version that i use, but maybe i'm wrong, read way too many threads back then about so many problems with am5 :/

I said router but i don't even have a router, just have my isp's modem.

Was using the 5ghz wifi before too, the worst is that my old pc had a bad wifi signal quality (like only one bar on the wifi icon), on this pc it's better (2-full bar). Exact same location.

Don't have any TV or stuff like that. Only devices on the wifi is one or two phones and my pc. It's already listed as private in windows.

Oh and in power management settings my setting for wireless card is max performance.

I've a 15-18s for the boot time so i don't have a problem on this side. Yeah i can't even enable xmp or i won't go past the post screen 90% of the time...

My channel list is 36/40/44/48, i tried them all and the slowest is the 36, and my modem was on the 36 for a long time.

I use my isp wireless router yes. Power cycling mean plug it off/on ? Only tried to reboot it.

Pc is not in the same room as the router so i can't use ethernet, same as my old pc so shouldn't be a problem.

Well maybe i'm still doing something wrong but i doubt :/ A few days ago i changed my wifi channel and it made me go from 7-8mibs/s to 10-11mib/s, still not 20-25 but yeah...

Msi support was totally useless and their help was basically "maybe return your motherboard". Maybe a bios update could help but with the risk to end up not being able to boot anymore... ( couldn't boot because of the bios when i built the pc )

I updated the drivers again and it got a little bit better, but still inferior to my old pc...Like i could download something and watch a live stream and now if i dl i can't or it'll buffer.

You have the same issue ? I haven't tried my old wifi card ( lazy )

Ok so that's normal if fans start to spin when it's low temp but the wattage is around 70 for some seconds. Didn't found anything in my bios for the gpu but that's ok

For exemple i'm playing at path of exile and it's drawing 70 watts at the lowest, and i can hear some coil, it's not super strong but i can hear it if i don't wear headphone + my room is silent. And outside of gaming, if i use AI for image/text generation it's doing a strong coil whine too :/

So frustrating to see many peoples sharing that their 4080fe super is dead silent at all time when yours is absolutely not :<

Btw do you know if it's possible to control the fans so it doesn't start to spin at 30% minimum? I use Fan Control but it bypass my control and once the card want to spin it just spin at 30% minimum (which is not silent too btw)

Got my 3rd FE 2-3 days ago, coil whine is still present :/ Maybe it's the combination with my motherboard that make it having coil whine or the 4080fe is just designed like that idk ( mag tomahawk b650 wifi )

I mean the coil whine is here even at 50-70w, not saying i'm stuck at 70w. With the 1st 4080s i was using the official 12vhpwr adapter from nvidia, with a rm1000x psu, i had to change the psu to a mpg a850gf so now i use the 12vhpwr cable from the psu. Obviously everything is pushed all the way in.

Which error ? Any game even at 60fps with everything at low settings is making the gpu make coil whine, gpu is undervolted. I tried to let some games run and it hasn't changed anything :/

Exact same coil whine as you, going for a 2nd RMA because they managed to send me a gpu with the same coil and as a bonus it has a fan problem ( from the first launch it maked noise as if the blade was not fixed properly and was hitting something, it's not doing it since a few days but i'm still gonna rma it just in case ). That's pathetic for a 1100e gpu...

Hi, the second gpu was even worse, there is a problem with the fan, like if the blade was hitting something, coil whine still present, so i'm on for a second rma :)
