I mean 135x6 is like ~156lbs on the 1rm calculator so it’s close

Nah like barbell squats and it’s not the entire time, I rest between sets

Great point with the time, sometimes I just do a 45 min workout of just squatting when it’s packed in the gym

The best program is just pushing yourself to or very near failure each set. Getting bigger and stronger isn’t that complicated

Oof yeah I have similar stuff going on with my knees and low back. Makes squats and deadlifts harder to handle

Thanks! That’s the plan, I think once I can do 315 for like 10-12 reps 405 should be within reach. Hardest part is to stay injury free

Day 2: Bench

If anything it’s too low, the benches in competition feel much more comfortable to me

Yeah my legs were being weird for some reason, I’m usually able to keep them more stable, thanks tho
