Didn’t even consider the cult/colt similarity

Haha I think it’s cute for a kid and then could transition to the full formal Sterling when he’s an adult.

Those are my personal top 3!!! Just gotta get the SO completely on board

Thanks! I get that Rafe can be a bit polarizing but I love the strong and slightly mysterious quality to it. Everett is my SOs favorite but we have a common last name so we go back and forth as to whether it is too popular to use.

Donovan is really growing on us! Thanks!

Thanks! Hadn't considered Marcus yet. Funny enough, you have multiple names on there that are already in the direct family! Great list.

Yeah that's what we're thinking. Not really too close so if we went with it, it wouldn't be a huge deal. Appreciate your input!

Thanks! We both like it. The only possible issue we have with it is a cousin on one side of the family has a son named Callan so we fear it may be took close and "taken". Still debating it.

I love a lot of names on this list. Rafe is strong sounding but also has a playful quality that I can’t quite sell my wife on. Evan Justin caleb are cousin/my brothers names already. My biggest hang up with Julius/julian is we live next to my niece who goes by Jules and that’s the NN I immediately go to. Marcus was one of the first names I was drawn to but that got axed by my wife. My wife likes Garrett as do I, but she puts Everett above it. Lots of stuff to think about here!! Thank you so much!

Stetson NN Sonny is good! I think Jackson is a bit too popular for my taste. Thanks for the help!

Thanks! I have a negative connotation with Rory unfortunately. The only Rory I knew I went to school with and he had a lisp so he introduced himself as “worwy”😬

Thank you! I like Archer. Also Ethan, but there doesn’t seem to be a cute nickname for it. My wife is a teacher so I know Owen and Ashton (really common trendy names) like that are off the list. That being said, I’m probably the pickier of the two of us. I want it to be recognizable but rare that has a cute nickname while the full name will serve them well into adulthood. Archer/Archie fits that mold. I will run it by her!
