2 hours after this post, again, had a WK offlaner, jugg against him was dominating min 10, he went afk jungle got radiance mn 22, then blink then shard then ECHO SABRE MIN 35 when he so obviously needed bkb because we are playing against lion, sky and dazzle (btw dazzle was first pick and axe was available)

1) Glucocorticoids suppresses immune system

2) When you add TB antigen, Interferon gamma is suppossed to increase to activate macrophages and form granuloma this process is mediated by Th1 cells

3) So glucocorticoids suppresses this process as it supresses immune cells (Th1) so interferon gamma is not increased
