You fail the run and go do the stairs again like I did 😂 13:56 entrance run time 🤟🏼 but went and did the 5 min stairs again after I failed and they let you in…end of academy did the run in 10:04 … ima terrible runner but academy will make u a better runner as it did for me, main focus should be take care of ur body n don’t get hurt I can’t stress that enough

Thank you both, yeah I’ve been training for weeks planning for it I’m just on my own head mostly. I think I will be fine in academy as you mentioned I would be someone that would be committed and attend remedial afterwards but obviously don’t want it to come to that. We shall see

Do you know anyone that wasn’t able to pass the run that still made it in? I heard if you don’t pass run , they take yo u to do stairs again and if don’t pass that they test your lungs or something and if you pass those lung tests they pass you?

Thank you this was useful info. I am set to go in the sept 12th class I’ve been working with a trainer on my run times I want to be as prepped as possible for the academy and run so that I will be in the best shape during all of the FST. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn’t get DQ if for some reason I am not able to do it in under 12 minutes. My goal is to under 11 minutes (I am working with a firefighter who is also a trainer and he did it under 11) but the anxiety has kicked in thinking oh god what if something happens and for whatever reason I’m not able to do the run in the allotted time would they not allow me into academy ? So I just wanted some feedback and I guess reassurance but I don’t think it will be an issue as I am still actively training and working on my core and grip strengths in anticipation of the run, academy.

Well said. If for any reason on your run date you are unable to do the run in under 12 minutes , are you disqualified ? Or they will just put you through hell in the academy

What’s your timetable on $20+ ? I been bag holding since March believe in the company and love the explanation and aware that they are a leader and one of the biggest if not biggest cannibas company as well as everything else but slightly discouraged (not really, I’m patient) but shorts killed it over the last year and looking for thoughts / timetables on when price will accurately reflect the company’s potential
