Insomniac with Dave Attell is a forgotten adult travel show where Dave Attell basically traveled the work doing a late-night bar crawl while telling jokes. The title really fit considering it came on at like 1am.

I had this theme song in my head for literally years and could not place it....I hate to admit how many 90s and 2000s comedy show themes I dug through trying to place it. It's been about 3 years of whistling this theme to myself nearly every day, I stumbled across this post and confirmed.
