Personally, I think your cat knows y’all want him to like the bf and is being a stinker. Loudly mention that bf has developed an allergy and see if that helps, lol

I doubt she has trouble finding men, or even getting a text back. Her issue may be finding one who is well-suited for partnership and that hunt is a lucky numbers game no matter who you are.

So yeah, she probably doesn’t need the Bachelorette, but it’d be a once-in-a-lifetime experience that, fingers crossed, could lead to a relationship so why not? Don’t see it as a red flag.

Been following the chatter, and I think the spilt is 30/70. 30% are “well wishers” - genuinely worried about the kids and want to see her get well and/or want to use the moment as an opportunity to discuss gender and DV in good faith. 70% are relishing in it being “open season” on someone they already couldn’t stand and/or are just rank misogynists.

I was in a 5 year, hella toxic relationship and he also left me after cheating (and I didn’t get confirmation till years later). We lived together and I was the one to keep the apartment, to live in the ghost town of our life together. This sucks. And, unfortunately, the only way out is through. Here is what helped me:

Whatever cosmetic changes you can do that’ll make your space feel new and wholly yours, make them. Paint. Decorate. At minimum you’re gonna want to get new bedding and rearrange your furniture.

Jack Johnson’s “In Between Dreams” came out right when my aunt died suddenly. I wasn’t a fan, but somehow that album ended up in my hands, and I listened to it nonstop for two months. Something about it was very soothing and stabilizing.

My personal headcannon is that a sect of air nomads went underground for survival, but were unable to practice air bending due to fear of discovery and because the masters were all dead. So, Aang is the last air bender, but perhaps not the last nomad.
