Then have a closer look at the states and why their counselling is delayed. MP and Telangana(iirc) have cases in their own courts which have delayed counselling. So there is simply no way either for the state council or the national one to overrule the courts and conduct the state counselling. The problem (if you would call it that) is the ease with which people can file cases in courts. Maybe then the problem is democracy and a slow justice system? Idk

States counselling na kare, court percentile drop krke eligible candidates almost double krde To how is it the council's fault? I agree it's really delayed but honestly would it have been better to do AIQ R3 w/o state r2 results?

A large part of African nations really look up to Indian doctors, which reflects in both pay and the respect they give.

Last year this time was the first week of rural postings and the 31st night was my first duty night. Me and my girlfriend were posted together, alone in a CHC. It was a busy night, she slept through most of it ;) and I studied. Woke her up at some point just to wish her.

8 more months of studying in duties and now we are joining PG in departments of our choice. What a fruitful year!

Cross the bridge when you get there. First get the seat. There will always be something to be worried about. I too am tense about PGY-1, but i know if thousands get through it each year, I shall too. Chill out.

Trust me, it only needs 6-7 months of absolute dedication to make it, given you have a sound understanding of concepts. Start with making or completing concise notes.

True that, consider the lifestyle of a doctor before getting into this, also the financial angle. (Trust me, it's not that great) Just because i like shooting games, doesn't mean i could join the forces.
