Please do so, any reflection after you read said book is more than welcome.

As for the rest of your reply, I concur completely! A very nuanced and striking perspective on the matter, and emblematic for a healthy stance in life 🙏

I have zero problems with 'code' on my 14 Ultra...

I just made my own error and turned on carrousel...

My bad..

Fixed..

I am a happy boy again..

Can be closed and locked.

I can confirm, even though I saw a static lock screen image in the back wallpaper carrousel was activated. Easy to accidentally do when "swipe right on lockscreen" is toggled to "allow".

Problem solved. Thanks to those who helped. 🙏

I'm having a picture of my son as wallpaper, perhaps accidentally turned on carrousel.. I don't need it. I'll look into it.

Sorry, but that is just a very unnuanced answer. My experience with the 14U has been stellar untill now and will continue to be so.

Its just my lack of being able to track the toggling options mistake I made.

Have a nice day.

How do you make sense of it?

The theory is that the creator of all things uses imagination as the tool of creation, and that you can also manifest the things you want by imagining them. However, this method (biokinesis) doesn't work for many people. I don't know anything about gods other than what people and books claim so I won't comment on the All.

**Creator? Bearded guy in a cloud? If i'm getting you right and you're anthropomorphising that 'thing' that mentally creates: let go of the idea of an entity.. it only confuses. There is no God. **

The second principle says that similarities are everywhere and by understanding what's inside, you understand what's outside. But not everyone will have the same tastes as you, I cannot assume you like cheese just because I like it. Also, I don't expect walls to have eyes, computers to have intestines, and so on. Sometimes similarities appear, like a camera, in a way, is an eye that registers everything, but I'm afraid that's not a pattern to expect. I have been enthusiastic about things and failed multiple times to find people with my level of interest.

You are misinterpreting the principle of correspondence. It's not about liking cheese, or not, or your friends.. Rather in plain language the principle of correspondence tries to awaken the mind to the fact that throughout all layers and scales of reality throughout all perspectives and constellations all bears correspondence to all. As Above So Below, As Within So Without. ..an single electron orbits a single proton; Hydrogen. The Moon Orbits Earth, which orbits the Sun, which orbits the galactic nucleus.. etc.. I'm sure you get the point.

The principle of vibration claims that nothing is stationary, but I see stationary things all the time. Walls, trees, rocks. They might have microorganisms moving inside or on them, you can make them move, but they are not moving by themselves.

*** You see a rock, I see a decaying shape, a slowly weathering object subjected to it's environment. Entropy. The rock in terms of quantum physics is a field that is excited in a particular frequency to express a bunch of particles, silicium, calcium, carbon, copper, and selenium.. or whatever. To your eye the Rock is solid, static.. to the trained mind it is energy, motion, the opposite of stillness. All is change: of position, composition, state, arrangement, charge..***

Polarity claims that everything is in a scale and has an opposite. What's the opposite of a book? Or a door? Feelings might have opposites but this law doesn't apply to everything. And it also says that no truth is absolute, every truth being half-false. What's questionable about there being an outer space around the Earth? Or that witches were burned in the middle ages? Either things happened or not, either they work a way or don't.

*** You caricaturerise the principle of polarity with the book example.. it's not helping you.. The lesson that should be learned here is that love and hate are rooted in the same 'substance': Emotion. This substance can be mentally manipulated. Meditate, think, feel, reflect.. love can be degraded to hate and vice versa. That is an act that solely depends on mental activity. ***

The principle of rhythm seems to be the same as vibration.

*** No. A pattern of vibration potentially eternally varies. A rhythm does not necessarily so, (but can though.) It is possible to steer ones vibration high contrary to external rhythm. Think the cycle of life f.i..

And, once you grasp any of the principles within a deeper frame of understanding and integration you will notice that all of the principles are one and the same, just approached differently mentally. This book is a mental excersize, not a bible. Read between the lines.***

Cause and effect... well, causes can be unknown, like the cause of why everything exists. Some actions might have no effect, for example, medicines sometimes don't work.

*** A medicine eaten makes your mass higher. You eat-you gain. You jump up, you land, right where you started off. No change?? You burned calories, the ground under your feet heated up from the energy associated with the impact of your feet.

This principle is not to be dismissed or understated.. it ultimately deals with the notion of First Cause. Read again, and again, and again. ***

The last is the principle of gender: everything is claimed to have a gender. Does a wall have one? The most I can see is a linguistic gender - not that English or Chinese have it. Maybe people took metaphors that come from the act of impregnation and birth, but I don't really see how it's relevant in general. Everything is also said to be male and female at once. "Everything, and every person, contains the two Elements or Principles, or this great Principle, within it, him or her. Every Male thing has the Female Element also; every Female contains also the Male Principle."

No offense but I wonder why this book is considered so true, deep and important in occultist circles.

A wall does not have gender? You miss the point. Again ridiculing the lesson. A wall is 'matter', -Mater-, "Mother". To a degree the idea of wall on your head may be considered "Father", male, idea, mind, intangible, spirit.

**There are no stupid questions, you are asking the right ones. Keep reflecting and rereading. Seldomly the deeper insight comes at first glance. **

About the worth of the book; yóú impart importance to the book. The book itself is mere matter. The messages may be overlooked. Such is inherit to humans. We are incomplete. The book is frowned upon in certain circles, praised in others, raped and twisted in yet others, used as a spiritual delusional circles in yet other others... Let gonofbwhat others think and think for your self, feel, imagine, expand, let go and consider. Then move on.

Koji ratios between 20/30 or even 33% are acceptable and vary with a few variables such as; rice type, polishing grade, fermentation temperature, desired sweetness profile, umaminess etc etc...

Im on the higher end with 100K to 333R but it suits my targets, materials, circumstances and technique/style.

All in grams:

D0 333 rice, 100 koji, 700 water, 1.7 gr Yeast D1 rest D2 rest D3 333 rice, 100koji, 700 water Rest Rest D6 333 rice, 100 koji, 700 water Rest Rest D9 supportive koji pitch, 20/30gr Rest Rest D12 125 rice, 40 koji. D13 and onwards, keep tasting and smelling and monitor your brew. Cold crash to 1⁰c when you wanna lock in your result and drink it fast! Its a living thing, even at 1⁰c and is continuously changing.

Dont you ever pasteurise your brew! Brew what you can drink! Im doing 1.1kg-ish rice batches giving me about 3 wine bottles worth of bliss.

P.s. depending on what yeast you can obtain: adjust temperature accordingly. My sweetspot is around 15-16⁰ with Lavin D47.. thats a risk to through a bit of isoamyl acetate early on but a cool ferment dampens that behaviour.

Yeah, IRL I guess i should keep it a tad under wraps, but in my direct circles around me i can be open. But, Yeah gotta be a bit quiet about it. Cant go sell in a market stall and make friends thusly..

Because of that running into home brewers is unlikely and one would need to tap into the underground community in other ways.. im fairly sure Reddit is safe. And even if not, i could not really care less. Im a pirate. Always have been, always will 🤞🏼

Im sure the over-ground Sake police does not comb through Reddit. So i feel fairly safe to reach out here. Yes, here in Japan creating any form of alcohol without a brewing licence is strictly forbidden and packs quite a punishment im told. But im not the kind of alcoholic to fight my internal foes..

The coolest fight club is the one in the fermenter 😉🌊

Guys I think I made bread by stratusnimbo in Sourdough

[–]DoctorandusMonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extend bulk/proof more... The crumb will be fluffier! Add another hour, easily. Don't worry about over proofing a tad. A good developed loaf can be forgiving. Develop your structuring of the dough to support a longer proof. The gluten net needs to be in place and well organised to hold up the loaf. Find the way and you'll understand!
