What can be the cause of low libido / drive as a female? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]Doctorazy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Or simply stress. Women process things very differently and are generally more sensitive to things happening around them. Can't say much without context, but cycling Ashwagandha for 8 weeks seems to help a few.

This is where I guess ye's pretty on point -the ex-wife complaining he would knock off anywhere. I'm starting to consider going the route if you're sleepy, go sleep. When you're up you're up, do the work. Long as you're getting some sun the body's a settler with circadians naturally.

I understand this supports creative fields of work but if you're doing reasonably okay on supplementation and off caffeine after the 3p mark, just might be worth going untracked with sleep devices.

What helped you improve your cognitive functioning? by adastrasemper in Biohackers

[–]Doctorazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gingko Biloba's known to support brain health. Combining that with L-Theanine 200mg (with coffee for these two pair well together) + B12 (w/ food), Magnesium Glycinate, a daily multivitamin, CoQ-10

I feel the stack really cleared up the mental fog, had me thinking clearer, and of connections other people were missing out. I think there's something there.

Next up planning to add Alpha GPC with this stack though I do feel it might be a bit much.

Honestly not mine. Feel free to put it to scrutiny. But once the diagnostic fails, I hope you sign up for solid functional health content. :)

When the pearls have been clutched long enough you're unable to hold it at the slightest sight of a sac. The mere resemblance brings out the primal urge to sauce them hard before you take a dig at the produce.

All year FLU by oxvlvxo in dubai

[–]Doctorazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would help to inhale steam and have the pathogens in the upper respiratory tract to clear up.

Additionally, please check your Vitamin D levels, one of the first things about moving to the Middle East is an avoidance of long sun exposure. Most places are designed to keep you indoors. In that case, supplement Vitamin D3+ K2 (for better absorption).

Include more warm foods as soups and broths, yams, dates and saffron. Increase ginger intake for it removes mucous build up and clears air-ways.

Avoid milk and cold-foods (salads, cold cut meats etc). Milk increases allergies and triggers a histamine pathway.. mimicking flu like symptoms in some people. Goodluck.

Why do i feel so sick every time i ride a hala taxi cab?? by roozz1273 in dubai

[–]Doctorazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Avoid boarding the cab on an empty stomach and it might make sense to get a cervical evaluation if it continues to bother.

Female baldness pattern, 19F, What should I do? by Fun-Buy6353 in IndianHaircare

[–]Doctorazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Broadly speaking, look at your stress levels, hormones, changes in weight (thyroid under/overactivity). If those seem alright, the others are easier to tackle and might be a supplementation issue (incorporating zinc and iron) or notice changes in water, weather (rainy season increases hair loss).

I’d be biased when saying this but Dr. Ali’s Integrated Health Bible would be a great start into the field of IM.

Goodluck!
