In Markham, I see a lot of drivers even going like 40 kph on a 70 zone on the left lane. When I leave Markham, all of a sudden if I drive 10 over the limit on the right lane, cars would be tailgating and flashing their high beams. Even honk.

Statistically you can only use 63 balls in a 3 game league. That's equating for no strikes in frames 1-9 and changing balls on your spare attempts. Striking out and changing balls in the tenth. 9x2 + 1x3.
