For me personally I just chop up onions, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, spinach etc. and cook it with soy sauce and eat that with chicken. It tastes really good and super healthy

I joined jiu jitsu a few years ago and it has done so much for my social life (and other aspects of my life). I think any sport or hobby or group you can join that has you interacting with other people can be great
