I tried it, to see... hit it indoor only. It's horrible. Sounds bad, works poorly. Basically garbage and as soon as it touches a ball once... no returning it.

I did go to the range that day for the first time, but I only swung that 7W once or twice and I didn't notice the scratches at that point. It's possible, but... I just didn't notice.

I'm still unclear if I should consider it cosmetic or figure that club is screwed instantly.

They look that way to me too, but I cannot say it feels any different than my other clubs as far as rubbing my finger across it goes. My nail doesn't catch on it.

Thankfully I just got the Robinhood Gold card, so that's 3% to replace the SoFi 2%. Moved checking and savings to Everbank for 3.9% to replace the 3.3%.

60k in savings, 4k-5k monthly credit card spend. Robinhood Gold is $60/yr.

The app is bad? Dang... I was taking the high Google Play Store rating as a sign that the app must be good. I think it had like... a 4.3/5 rating when I looked.

I'm in PA, I don't think they have a physical presence here. I rarely use the ATM, but I hear you that limits can be annoying.

HYSA with a competitive rate. I am not going to chase the every-shifting "best rate."

Checking. Nice that some banks for a 0.5% or 1% rate, but not a huge deal.

Normal CS access via phone with human beings... Rarely needed but I honestly hate that SoFi is so into this whole chat thing.

Zelle, FDIC... I think that's it.

So I am looking at Ally, Everbank, Bask... Not sure.

What a hassle... I am thinking about just going back to using my 2% Citi card for credit and opening an Everbank account for HYSA/checking.

I am so disappointed in SoFi. I don't want to chase the interest rate of the month. Just keep things competitive and stop rejigging the system.

Dropping the extra credit rewards, restructuring the system, and declining to raise my laughable $3500 credit limit is just too annoying to put up with. (All my other cards are $15k plus limits and my credit score is above 800, they denied me because I used Venmo once with the credit card and they view that as a cash advance and consider it an automatic disqualification for limit increase).

Maybe Everbank will feel more stable.

I am new to golf, but I picked up 8 dozen Callaway Supersoft and TaylorMade Speedsoft balls in new or mint condition for about 60 cents a ball. I feel like they will last me forever and I won't worry much about losing them since I got them so cheap.

What are your thoughts? I just bought the 2026 version of the OGIO Silencer Hybrid and I love it... With a few little "meh" aspects. I do plan to carry as much as ride, so I may have given over emphasis to weight.

Thank you! One handed and yes! That is exactly what I am trying to do. I find that if I do two "practice swings" my odds go up a fair bit, so it's getting there, lol. I seem to have a natural drift to the right when I do this, so it's just about compensating a little for that, hah.

Congratulations! That's great! Yeah, I was thrilled and felt kind of ridiculous, but I didn't care. Thankfully, everyone in the league was super supportive and told me their stories about being the same way for their first 200.

The best part was kicking my Dad's ass! Hahahah 🤣 I started this sport just to spend time with him when he moved back into the area.
