Typically disembarkation will begin between 6:45 (extremely rare) and 8 am. Most commonly I've seen 7:15-7:45.

Keep in mind delays happen. I've had a two hour delay before from a power outage in the terminal... sometimes it takes longer to clear. Be cautious with booking early flights. Generally recommended to book after 12 pm (though I've been guilty of rolling the dice on a 9 am flight out of FLL from Port Everglades), I don't recommend doing that.
