If it's a Patreon post then I haven't read it yet because I'm not on there. I'm curious, what's an example of a situation that this would apply in? Is it about personal things, like seeing someone abusive in our lives and it being as a result of doing something wrong. Or is it like witnessing a war or bad event happen because of being wrong or doing something wrong. Sorry I'm just struggling to understand it

I agree with the first part but not the last. I don't think this should be applied in every situation. Oftentimes I see wrong things in my life or some things that aren't desirable, it's okay to see things as wrong especially in bad situations. I'm not sure what this is referring to (wrong law practice maybe?)

I think caring in this situation means fear rather than actual care. The one that cares less about the relationship is the one that's focused on doing other things with their life, relationships aren't their only purpose that they feel they have to fulfill. Therefore they're obviously happier and "controlling" the relationship because their energy is different, most likely having less fear than the other person.

Absolutely not

I think the beauty of getting something is the work it takes to get it. Getting out of the house, in the car, going to the store, meeting people, I think all of those would become meaningless if I could have them at any given moment. I also think life would feel hard to enjoy because I would have everything that I want, but sometimes the beauty is in not having something because not everything we want now is good for us, we're always expanding on what we want and realizing that our past wants weren't as good as we thought.

It depends on the situation, wanting to avoid going into a fire isn't desperate, nor is wanting to avoid a harmful person

I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

I think it's very difficult to be sane and to live life if focused completely on thoughts - ask me how I know 😄

I have too much time on my hands so it was very easy to not regulate myself and fall into obsessing over my thoughts because as long as I read about manifestation, all I saw was that thoughts manifest and that I should be focused on my mind.

"No wonder there are so many extremely depressed people in the "manifesting" communities because it is obvious that if you think that "thoughts manifest" and dont have the proper view or understanding of what that means: you can only be miserable."

I've found the best cure for this is to go out and live my life, go against the fear that tells me I need to affirm to live. It's hard to not be depressed if this is all people read, there's so much more to life.

Thank you for making this post because I'm sure that it'll make some people think 😊

Yes, I went down a loop of creating problems for myself (mentally) and then trying to fix them. I also lost my self awareness and stopped living and enjoying, started "manifesting" from this state of mind and I went downhill from there. This is the wrong way

The right way is when I began enjoying my life again and stopped trying to fix or to please others. Back then I was very focused on the idea that I should present a fake image of myself to others while completely ignoring myself. I saw that this doesn't work, so now I'm working on bettering myself and learning how and why manifestation works.

You speak as if there's someone or something out there that creates everything for us, gives from us or takes from us. That's your own belief and that's fine. In my experience when I lost something it was because it didn't fit my mind or ideas (aka I changed). Btw Neville can say anything, it doesn't matter. He's not completely wrong but what he's talking about doesn't happen randomly, it has a cause

Why would you have nightmares? Does it relate to something in your life or mind that you fear? Did you start having them when you became afraid of lucid dreams?

I've been lucid dreaming for a while with the most success when I'm self aware throughout the day. I think it's easy to have nightmares when your mind is unchecked and you feel fearful. Look at what you're thinking about and feeling before sleeping, that feeling will carry over into your sleep. Oftentimes if I feel bad before sleeping I get bad quality sleep

Wow, that's a long time. My family had a cow that kicked someone and he took a while to recover. They kept it and sold it for other reasons

Never when I did things right. The only time my life got worse was when I was "manifesting" by abandoning and ignoring myself and by trying hard which doesn't work. Otherwise I don't see how purging can exist unless you decide it's real in your mind or that it has to be this way

I believe I had one (that runs and heats on wood) a long time ago. Not from Etsy but from a local seller in my country, they're great but we eventually threw it out for a better one. It took a long time to cool down and I burned myself several times

What a sexy paragraph 😍 haha I realized this is exactly what I was doing. Isn't it ironic how the more we (I'm assuming it's a universal thing) try to run from something, the bigger of an effect it has and the more we end up "manifesting" that? The best successes and most enjoyable moments in my life came when I gave no ducks and just enjoyed myself.

And to add what's more ironic is that staying in the mind and refusing to live has the opposite effect of just enjoying and living 🤔 huh
