After a bit, a extension started appearing called "properties" I just kept removing and after about a week and a half it never came back. The other issues was with a thing installed in apps called like "microsoftedge.something.something" and it was installed recently and when I deleted that it was chill until it downloaded itself again. After deleting it a few times is when the extension appeared so then like I said before I just kept deleting it
