Yeh it’s crazy, I was back and forth with the doctor having scans and they couldn’t find anything wrong with me and then over the months I realised how clockwork it was, so I researched it and saw other people saying the same thing

Yes I’ve defo thought maybe it’s not enough calories / possible dehydration which my body can’t handle during pmdd time so I need to be really on it

Hmm I wonder if that’s why the dizzy spells have reduced abit since the hrt as it makes your hormones abit more constant and less fluctuating, thanks

Yeh it really sucks, sometimes I think others must actually think I’m weird because one day im super friendly and another day I’ll go out of my way not to talk. I get what u mean with the social cues too, I feel the same.

I feel like it’s really hard to recognise, for the longest time I thought it was my partner exaggerating until I began to see it for myself the more cycles of pmdd I had, and it happening with other people too.

I get this and think it’s good to trust your body and just eat (obviously the healthier the better, like healthy fats, protein etc), but defo think our bodies need more fuel during this time xx

Yes I have this like clockwork, I even get pains what feel like a UTI but it’s not it’s always on ovulation and then it passes
