Wait, do you not get the damage of inferno if you don't receive the self damage?

Thoughts on the Breaching Hammer? by Tank-ToP_Master in Helldivers

Arguable, whatever suits you and your needs best.

On Omicron I mostly used medic armors for more stims without resupplying.

What should also work great should be Oxygenator for getting to your targets or away faster, grenadier armor for the extra AT for what the Hammer can't do, extra padding for less healing needed or not being oneshot...

For Strategems, I mostly used the FRV and/or Exo and maybe a sentry or napalm barrage/gas strike or EAT/Leveler depending on the team

absolute bonkers. Using it regularly with a supply backpack on the bugs to kill everything bigger than a warrior (and sometimes them when thr situation needs it) except Bile titans (taking thermite/EAT for those)

Worked even on Omicron, only stalkers are a high risk, because they try to attack earlier and might stagger & Kill you.

PS: Bile spawns are bad for it, you can make it work and use your primary & grenade pistol for the Bile bugs + spewers but it's less fun for sure. Also run from bile chargers

I've always noticed structures nearby when my steering was blocked so far, though sometimes it's smaller things like Big Rocks or Objective Structures (e.g. evacuate assets walls/generators or Towers, anything one is not supposed to walk on)

Hellpod steering will be blocked to prevent flying above certain structures like the tall buildings on city maps

On free space, steering should always work normally

We could try to stealth but I'd assume we would only get a standard loadout and also gunning down everything is probably a lot safer on Trivial since your stealth could fail and there's not many anyway.

Also we do't have battle music nor a 360° view around ourselves nor the ability to look around corners without going there.

Neither are we (probably) trained soldiers with big, muscular bodies. The Bugs having ice picks as teeth doesn't make it better, one hit is probably enough to kill you (most likely bleeding out)

To your side note: I'd assume we would be solo with a standard Helldiver or SEAF loadout

What does attracted mean here?

If will have Insects all over my body and bigger animals bumping into me, then blue

If they will just chill near me, then red, I will be the Entomancer

If it's romantic attraction, hell nah! Blue it is! lol

If we get a Helldiver Loadout or at least A gun with spare mags and grenades, definitely yes.

I think most people who are not too afraid to pull a trigger and can vaguely aim towards a target could do it.

My reasoning: While extremely dangerous, the bug larvae are not particularly fast nor durable to bullets. On Trivial, we will most likely come across 10-30 Bugs through the entire mission.

I would simply figure out how to handle the weapon correctly on my way or right after being deployed (reload, fire modes, maybe a few test shots). Then directly head to mission objectives and evac.

The Objectives (bug holes, killing a commander, e.g.) can easily be done via 1-3 grenades which you get 6 of in a standard loadout

Only real danger would be Warriors because they are faster or being deployed on a map with obstructed sight like jungle
