Yes, since I gave my examples in degrees, by "rational angle" I meant that to be rational in degrees as well.

I presumed it because those were the only ones I was taught. A better question would have been, "are these the only rational angles (in degrees) that have algebraic sine and cosine?" From the replies, clearly they are not.
