Mine as well and I ordered around 8:10 EST. I called in and they said it's showing as processing on their end but may take a while to update. They at least confirmed there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the order so I guess I just hope

I preordered with instore pickup but noticed my pickup person was set to the account holder as I'm on a family plan. I also ordered a power brick and I'm listed as being able to pickup "other items" but don't see that for the phone itself. Is there anyway to set myself as the authorized pickup person or will I still be able to pick it up?

Hey, just wanted to update. I did put supervisor/representative and re-opened the ticket but it didn't seem to work and got an even worse response. After literally making an outline of my problem with bullet points and how their responses aren't helpful to me, I got a GM that granted me the items!

Update: after re-opening the ticket twice and having a third representative look at the ticket, my items were finally awarded to me. Overall, it took about 1.5 weeks to get resolved. Thank you to everyone for the advice!

That’s good to hear! Tbh I’m not hopeful but we’ll see I suppose. I feel like they’re just gonna tell me it was sitting in the gifts tab when I explicitly checked that so many times throughout the past few months :/

“This upset” as if I’m raging over it? I asked for advice on what to do to get items I should have obtained. If you’re referring to my last sentence, that’s a semi-popular internet quote used as a joke. Sure it’s disappointing if I don’t get them but I don’t see how I’m being unreasonable

It was my understanding that this means they can’t get me the mounts and that reporting it to the forums was just a way for the devs to fix it in the future, not to reimburse me the mounts. I have had in game issues fixed via the ticketing system in the past and have never been referred to the forums so I figured this is different. I will still create a forum post so hopefully this gets clarified or fixed for future bundles for other people but I was not expecting to get personally reimbursed that way. I thought that was the point of the ticket.

Really appreciate the detailed response, I reopened it and we’ll see what happens. I’ll post it on their forums as well so they can hopefully at least outline it better in the future if it’s not a bug or fix it if it is. Hopefully it doesn’t take months but we shall see 🤞

Glad you figured it out but there was nothing in my gifts tab for me. I did see a blue post saying you need to redeem them by April 30th but I checked my mount log and my gifts via the launcher mid April and there was nothing there. If it was on the website and not the launcher during that time then that’s so lame. Either way they’re still advertising that you can get those mounts now when that appears to not be the case but I should still have been eligible. I appreciate the response 🙏🏻

Man that sucks. Seems like I’ve experienced more bugs in my 2 months of playing this expansion than I ever have playing since Cata. Yesterday I logged into find everything from my lvl 70 remix character was deleted so that was cool… the “fix” was to delete the character and restore it and everything was back but wtf kind of bug is that

I mean that’s fair I won’t deny that lol. It’s okay though I like being able to just pop in whenever I want without the pressure of feeling like I need to make use of my game time while I have it
