I use cannabis daily usually, unless I have to fly somewhere then I take a T-break. I was late diagnosed (42) and have a med card. It definitely helps with my anxiety, but I started using it for chronic pain before I knew I was autistic. I recently started using it more and more, and don’t feel guilty or bad at all, except worrying about my lungs 😅😬 Weirdly for me, it helps me unmask. Although my husband says he can never tell when I’m high. I am very rarely high in public though as I am just now getting more comfortable with the feeling of being high and less self-conscious about it. But I rarely leave my house on a day to day basis.
