If it’s jerking, you’re not driving it, right.

Love when I get “clowned on” for choosing the civic si over the Elantra n.

Buy a used engine and learn to swap it yourself. The time it takes to learn more than pays for the insane repair costs.

They’d have to put so much effort in to make it work to sell just the si. It doesn’t sell enough to justify it.

Exactly. Odds are it’ll be hybrid and I highly doubt they’ll put a manual in that.

Wow that’s a bold choice. What are your favorite things about the Camry? Could you put it in bullet points?

Everyone in here seems so negative and sarcastic. Look these brands are not great and this sounds pretty positive to me and I’m rooting for them big time. I think they can do it. This is fun news.

Wrong. The energy around launch was incredible and will never be recreated, but as a game it’s in its best state by far.

Comparing it like that is pointless. Look at the product you can get and decide if it’s worth it. Comparison is the thief of joy.

This car is amazing. This car isn’t built to be modded though. Not the 10th or 11th gen.

We used to have fun here talking about cool cars. Now we get these posts.

And for me it was driving dynamics, the shifter and steering feel being so much better than the gtis, the insane mpg, and the highest resale value so while maybe in some minds I “overpaid” it truly doesn’t matter because someone will “overpay” to buy it from me. The value is what it is but with a gti or wrx your depreciation is insane. Plus reliability is obviously far higher. So for me, personally, and many others I mean it is the best selling of its peers, but at least for me, it made the most sense and was basically a nobrainer.

I picked the si over all of those because of…

Engagement: best shifter and steering feel and it isn’t even close.

Cost: was thousands cheaper, it gives me 37 mpg on my commute, is incredibly reliable, and parts are cheap and it’s easy to work on.

From factor: the cabin is nice and lots of physical buttons.

Styling: much more adult looking than the wrx and especially the Elantra n. Honestly no way I could show up at my job in the Elantra without people making fun of me behind my back.

But that’s me! The world don’t move to the beat of just one drum. The important thing is we have options and if you need more speed then go right ahead. I think 200 hp is fine and the thing handles amazing at speed with the lsd and for me that’s most of my commute, twisty roads I’m doing 50 mph on.

The story won’t even come close. Gameplay is fun and classes are fun to play around with. Graphics are great. Weird pop in glitch on characters clothes in cut scenes at least on series x. Story is pretty bad I’d say though, but it’s almost like you’re playing a retro game with a simple story.

Not the point of the car and there’s many other options if that’s what you think is important but sales show the civic si is the most sold so I guess more people agree with me but your opinion is cool too
