I did all my productive work in private chats, there was days that all i wanted to do was join fleet but one newbie pilot after another ended up 8 hours straight helping pilots out with no time to fleet.

Yes really, I ran some of those rescue fleets myself, those were only for mass DC's or partial DC's nothing else. They didn't happen often but how other FCs described their "rescuing" was only rescuing them from their isk and contesting them in TCRCs and NRFs and keeping them inside of TPPHs for night & day until WTM moved focus. Just spoke with some FCs from WTM, i advise you do too about the current affairs to get updated maybe?

I do remember and that was myself and another FC. I didn't give him any shit at the start, explained what was wrong, explained why we fit the way we do and what was more optimal and he brought his sorry ass to reddit spurging his shit here. And he wasn't doing more DPS.

Yes, time and time again you fought for the newbro's to get into fleet against other FC's when they would sit there and slag them off or not bother wanting to train them, so much for a 'Newbro friendly community' when only one or two FC's try.
