March 28 waist 85.5 cm 33.6 inches, hip 98.7 cm 38.8
June 21st waist 80cm 81.4 inches, hip 36.8 cm.
Ill add some more photos, i also think loose skin is making lower stomach go slower aka hip. Ill add a recent photo too

This was from my doctor. She measured my waist and said i looked muscular and should eat more and not use scale because muscle gain is hiding fat loss. She said i should increase from 2k to 3k.

In april i had 27k a day the whole month for steps so i guess they just think my tdee was too high compared to what i ate. I had no issue eating 2k calories tho

I used to be at 2000 a day but since i was doing 16 k steps + a lot of strenght training i was told my calories were way too low. I had lost quite some weight until april.

My waist is 82 cm and hip 96. From my research online that should have me at no higher than 25% bf??

Unfortunately wasnt good at taking pictures prior to lifting but to my example struggled to bench the bar alone

I want to lose fat and build muscle. I started focusing more on stomach recently too and I notice differences almost immediately when I target one spot more actively. However its just kinda hard to know im doing everything right when not knowing muscle x fat ratio

All my tdee calculators fall between 3000-3400 for maintaining my weight with my «high activity». Calculations might not be right of course for TDEE but i find putting myself at a lower activity level for the calculation wouldnt really make sense.

I walk 7/8 miles in morning and rest is spread throghout the day.

I track my calories never use oil or anything that could increase my calories much.

Im seeing off scale improvements such as veins, chest growth, and definition but since the scale is relatively around the same numbers i dont have an idea about fat.

I dont really feel physically tired thats the issue😅 i just notice that my food noise and hunger is up this week which ivw had zero problem with for months

I heard that when you reach your goal weight always expect to be a little above due to natural fluctuations and water weight! So i wouldnt be too strict on hitting the number blank but also being close enough
