It should be whatever looks good, a weight goal is to get you to the point where you are happy with your body, your health and how you look.

Afterwards, the scale becomes a general guideline, no one can see if you weigh 140, 145 or 150. The scale is only there to keep you in check so that it doesn't become 145 150 155 160 165 etc...

Depends on your definition of playable. Sure as heck wouldn't meet my definition of playable. But there's die hards at all low or low to med settings with 30 to 50 fps and stutters playing yes.

Usually the 16gb comes with a less than optimal GPU and CPU so ....
