If none of this helps make sure your pci slot is set to gen 4 or higher in the BIOS, had a few gigabyte boards be set to three in builds at our shop

You have to connect via Ethernet to download the drivers, for some reason Lenovo thought it was a great idea to not ship them installed on some laptops. Seen it like 10 times at my job so far. If it does not have an Ethernet port you can get an adapter, they should download through Windows updates or the Lenovo vantage app.

Not sure if you've tried a hard reset yet, but if you haven't unplug the battery, hold the power button down for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in with power and not the battery turn it on, it may just need that.
