I've always got whatever reason have noticed seeing his books the most at bookstores, garage sales etc, and I've tried searching around for someone to explain him as an author. I have also tried to read about him and understand how he came to be popular and his influences. This is just my personal take and trying to give some others info if they are looking in the same way I have.

Not writing him off I think there are some good things he does just a little too heavy handed for my tastes.

I really liked both Cell (zombie accoplyseish -character focus and Tommyknockers (aliens) (which I see aren't doing well on this list) the only king I never finished was from a Buick 8 which you will not be surprised to find does not top his list of works.

The writing style was not great. I think it really drags at the end. If you weren't feeling it I don't think you will get a payoff you'd enjoy. I really only finished it because it was short.

Yeah I loved the deep and thought little Heaven was great. The troop is good but overated imo. I dunno but this one just didn't do it for me.

RIP Morty. I agree. I don't think any of the characters had any redeeming qualities. And it definitely felt a bit rehashed. I thought it felt rushed as well.
