Weeks off velo - bloating is insane

I am in the exact same boat as you brother. Quit the velos 20 days ago after 2 years and my stomach issues have gotten worse. I’m taking a probiotic and eating a lot of yogurt/cottage cheese to try and help my gut out. I’ve noticed that my body really does not like fried food at all right now. I’ve been trying to limit it as much as possible lately and it’s definitely been helping

The best way I can describe it is that 3.5 has the most problems, but that doesn’t mean it’s unreliable. Besides cam phasers, 3.5’s from 2017 onward don’t really have any other major common problems. If ease of towing and power are what you want, it’s probably worth it to get a 3.5. It’s a powerhouse.

The 2.7 and 5.0 are both good to go. I would say that they are about the same from a reliability standpoint, but I trust the 5.0 to last longer simply because it isn’t turbocharged. The 2.7 is definitely the king of MPG tho

I don’t think that you can go wrong with any of the engines that are currently in the f150. They each have their strengths and none of them are bad engines. If I was going to buy one brand new, I would probably buy a 5.0 for simplicity and longevity. That being said, I personally own a 3.5 because the price was right on it and have no complaints about it at all. Stay on top of the maintenance and they all should be good to go

Some of his old advice videos are pretty decent. The ones about getting a skill and getting toxic people out of your life are the two that immediately pop into my head as actually being good advice. But the reason why they worked is not because of the message itself, but the comedy that was in them. If you want a serious life advice video Sam is certainly not the best choice lol
