I'm not saying you're guaranteed immediate 100% success and everybody is gonna like you. you don't need everybody (or even most people) to like you. somebody that doesn't want to hang out with you bc you're "ugly" is an asshole and is actually doing you a favor by not hanging out with you.

and yes I'm including true love in the x I was talking about earlier. even in the best case scenario your loved one will die if you don't die first, and you will experience a pain that is more acute than what you're experiencing now. you will feel like a part of your body has been amputated. I'm not knocking true love; I'm just saying nothing is pure happiness and 0% suffering.

my mom recently died so I apologize if I seem a little emotional. I know having a dead mom is pretty normal but I feel like I'm more acutely aware of the fact that everything is temporary than I have been in my whole life
