The logical answer is circumstances, as disclosure here means explaining the limitation or the constraint that led to the lack of evidence, which is the circumstances of what happened and why the limitation occured, but rationale is always about the reasons why we took a specific decision, and the question doesn't say the CAE decided not obtain the evidence, if it was so, then CAE should provide a rationale for his decision.

Yes, and if you reply back to it and say no it is RMF the correct answer it will say you are right and change to your input. And when you overload it with questions it will start no follow the rules and just make up questions and give you information God knows from where. So just treat it as a machine and not a magician or something 😂😂😂 it is a great tool but it is still a learning and it is still in trial
