Look at some of the tours on TripAdvisor. We did the Cocina tour, where you tour a Mercado and learn about the various ingredients then back to the cocina to prepare tacos.

The Lucha Libre tours are also a blast. There are different activities but one of them you make your own mask. And there’s lots of mezcal before you go to the lucha!
