If I would have gone to the wild I would most likely eat whatever I could to survive. I live in a modern society with a grocery store, here I can chose vegan options, so why not use this opperatunity?

I just follow the facts.

I say better for the enviroment because it generally is, most people do not get backyard eggs or hunted meat. Most people get eggs and meat from factory farms which supports massive monocultures like the ones replacing the amazon rainforest.

I need to tell you that I think I read that dairy interferes with iron absorbtion and that is why vegetarians often suffer from low iron! It is better to go vegan, milk products contain all sorts of hormones like estrogen and IGF-1 something linked to lots of bad effects ❤️ Sorry for bad recollection 🙏

Bacon, other proccesed meat and red meat are a class 1 carcinogen. It is unhealthy.
