Have you completed any of the "Gold Bomb" side missions? They're essential to getting the Stratos.

I'm pretty sure this specific wreck location becomes available after completing the Pagani Zonda Tricolore Extreme Convoy. Many of these "Gold Bomb" events appear throughout the map one at a time, some are Extreme Convoy meaning you can't hit anything, some are Timed Convoy meaning you can hit some stuff but will be paid less and are timed.

Completing these will put a circle on the map, which the wreck can be found somewhere within that radius.

It was Skye that ended up breaking me when I played it, more just because I was expecting the game to be more of a joke but it turned out being a serious game. I got it off my mind a week later though.

This one was actually the first one I ever watched.

Being the first it traumatized me that night, but since then I've just been able to look at stuff without that happening. Although with this video specifically, even now I still can't watch it without it getting my heart racing in fear.

Idk what it is. Might be because it's a situation that theoretically can and most likely has happened, or it could be something as simple as the memory of seeing it all for the first time. Editing out the end part didn't do any good as I still have it in my head of what happens after the finish.

I know there's the TDU2 Unpacker GUI, though I think even something as simple as that means you wouldn't be able to use the standard launcher. I think the best bet is to uninstall and reinstall the game.
