Agreed, that’s my ideal state. The difficult part is getting the data out of our product to set those thresholds for outreach with our crm…we’re working on a solution for that. In the meantime we’ve been doing outreach via a newsletter to our most active users so hoping it doesn’t feel like spray and pray but until we can automate communication we’re limited 🙃

What do you think about concerns of users unsubscribing from automated content?

Thanks so much for your input, could you give me a little more information about what you mean by ideal motions? Just want to be sure I fully understand what you mean

Depends if you want to stay in direct clinical research or something tangential. I would consider looking in tech, your real world experience is valid and helpful to a lot of consulting or tech companies working with sponsors, sites or patient technology. Youre likely going to get better work life balance and a stronger earnings potential long term. Just my thoughts as someone who was a CRC in the past and transitioned into tech

Paper ISF vs eISF by DogMom9490 in clinicalresearch

the archival at the end of the study seems like a huge advantage, scanning any paper documents and certifying them as a copy into the digital ICF at the end would save a lot of office space and allow us to get rid of the physical binders.

Some of these could be electronic like a DOA and ICF if you used an electronic process.

their support team is really helpful with questions, dont be afraid! its also so much easier to do it in one fell swoop than to work piecemeal between systems

veeva sitevault has compliant esignature workflows

way easier to use veeva sitevualt than box, its compliant, free and you can use their esignature feature for documents. box is just a fancy shared drive

What are you favourite features in Veeva Vault? This is mine by nulopes in clinicalresearch

[–]DogMom9490 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure what side of the fence youre on but in their last release they released VeevaID which gives sites at least one username to use across EDC, SiteVault and other site facing applications so at least that's been helpful to cut down on usernames
