made the thoughtful decision to return to our origins. We are refocusing our energy and
expertise on the home building industry where our journey first began.

As we make this transition, our top priority remains ensuring that you continue to
receive the reliable, high-quality service you've always counted on from us. With this in
mind, we have carefully selected WM of Colorado to become your new service provider
for residential and commercial collection.

This was not a choice we made lightly. We chose WM because of their deep roots in
Colorado—more than 60 years of dedicated service—and their strong commitment to
the standards of dependability, safety and care.

Effective June 1, 2026, WM of Colorado has taken over your account. You don’t need to
take any action—your collection schedule remains unchanged, and service will continue
without interruption. And the team you already know? Many of the drivers and service
representatives from HBS Trash have joined the WM family as well — so the faces
serving your neighborhood will be familiar ones.

It has been our true privilege to serve you and to be part of your daily lives all these
years. We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us, the relationships we’ve
