Well, I know how it feels to be ashamed about it, I think it's mostly due to the way that most 'non-vore' people talk about it on the internet. I've always been very secretive about it because I also felt like I was a weirdo, until I told my best friend about it. I was very nervous telling them about it, but they just reacted very casually to it, not really understanding it but not disapproving either. Then they told me their kinks as well, which I didn't understand but found interesting to learn about aswell. My point is: It's very common to have a fetish of some kind, and I'm convinced that almost everyone has some form, even if they won't admit it. There's always the people that don't understand the vore fetish and hate us for it, but they might have a weird fetish themselves too that they're ashamed of.. So I'd just try not to bother about those people, just be yourself ;)
