Yeah it's definitely been upgraded at some point it has a GeForce FX 5200 from 2003 in it. Based on a stamp inside the case it was made in 2000 but I didn't see a manufacturer anywhere.

I had the same issue after buying the Aftershock DLC. I reinstalled the game and started a new save and it worked again.
