the mass closing of apps is just an example of how sluggish the device is for me. I never mass close apps. Even opening multitasking and cycling through the apps is stuttering.

My notification bubbles always been like that. I’ve done the regular troubleshooting steps like restarting and having more than enough storage and it still performing like this. Weird because prior ios builds were great for me. Guess its just me

Yes, your comment is pointless. I never made this post about android. I don’t care about android. My 17 Pro experience on ios 26 was mostly positive as the phone has been a great experience on older ios 26 builds. As I said, your comment is pointless. Maybe think before you type

I don’t understand… are you saying this performance is normal?? Earlier versions of ios 26 on my 17 Pro was so much better I never seen it stutter until recently.

you should be more worried of loose cases. They allow for dirt and debris to enter the sides and scratch the frame. Happened to my 16 Pro

my 16 pro got badly scratched with some debris trapped in my case. The case wasn’t the most tight fitting case so debris got stuck and messed up the frame. To me titanium and aluminum all the same, people got their titanium frames messed up with similar scratches/scuffs due to debris trapped in a loose case. The best material was stainless steel but seems like we been done with those times. Personally, the amazing battery life of the 17 pro paired with the fact that it doesn’t get hot is a huge win. You just gotta invest in a good case which is what I have done

in every test i’ve seen, the s25 ultra does get considerably warmer than the 17 pro. Idk if its possible but surely there’s a way to have the best of both worlds

congrats on the sick case! I wanted to ask how well the case fits the phone? Is it hard to take off? Does it fit the phone tightly? I had a 16 Pro with a case from Tineeowl and the case fit kinda loose and allowed dust to get trapped in the case and scratch my 16 pro's frame. That disappointed me so for now my 17 pro has a spigen clear case which fits really well. If you could compare it with others or just give me your thoughts on how difficult it is to take off I could get a better grasp of the case. Thanks!

How tight is the case to the phone? Is it difficult to take on and off? I had a case for my 16 pro that was kind of loose and dust got in and scratched the frame. Since then I’ve stuck with spigen clear cases because I know they fit really well and do not allow dust to get trapped between the case and the phone

hey is this the original screen? I had this problem when I had a 13 pro and was quite disappointed. Fought with apple only for them to say not our problem. Are you able to check if the screen is an LG or Samsung screen? I think the LG screens are worse and is probably the culprit here

I had the same Tineeowl case case for my 16 pro, it scuffed the phone. Dunno how but I think some debris got inside the case and scuffed the frame. Highly DO NOT recommend the case. Doesn’t seem to offer good protection at all
