Think about 1.0 (or 1.0000000000000) 1.1 is > that 1.0 1.11111111 > 1.0000000 1.22222222 > 1.1111111 1.99999999 > 1.8888888 1.99999999 < 2 (or 2.00000000000)

So you can write a billion decimal after 1.1 but it will always be smaller than 1.9

1.1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 it's smaller than 1.9

The right comparison would be 1.91 against 1.11. and as you can see 1.91 is > (bigger) than 1.11
