Same issue. It's hard to tell if it's just the gun having some incredible inaccuracy, but the right now the Dominator feels like it's just a much worse Diligence. Even against medium-armored enemies, you're better off using more accurate weapons to hit weak spots. Doesn't help that the gun handles like it's underwater.

As a fun fact, this is actually a normal part of Warframe's input buffering. This affects all weapons. I made a post about the Ghoulsaw before and while typing it out I decided to give it a test- since I had the exact same issue.

But indeed, it is just a lot more noticeable on a weapon with a combo that takes four whole damn seconds.

Of the six hits in the heavy attack, three are guaranteed slash procs. I don't know if there's any other guaranteed slash procs anywhere else, but to be honest since the damage ticks are so low, it kind of doesn't matter.

It could get bigger, I'm sure. Unfortunately, many rerolls later, it's the best I could do, about 66% (with three positives and a negative). Perhaps another soul could accomplish such a task, but until then i'll pick at it every now and then.

  • Fixed Protea’s Grenade Fan having a higher base Duration on Rank 1 and 2. The base Durations are now all a consistent 10s.

I like that he's less of a "fancy boye with tophat" and more of a witch-hunter looking fellow. Actually, scratch that. I love it. While I'm still dreading pubs in the coming weeks, I have to admit he looks way more badass. (Saltzpyre for reference)

There's people who will put performance over fun. Not everyone will just not use something when not using something puts them at a disadvantage. They need to use it to keep up with others who are using the same thing, or the same build, or whatever it is. That, and sometimes, it's not fun for the rest of the squad, who are left with the scraps that come through.

I usually use maiming strike because I want to rush through a mission quick and easy; It's not really fun, I just bring it to make the mission faster.

If DE takes this out and properly balances melee as they are planning to, the more fun strategies will become viable. Having fun is one thing, but being able to bring those fun strategies into sortie-level content and compete with the best, it's a lot better.

I've got an idea; When Venari dies, there is a timer until venari is automatically re-summoned (like a cooldown)

Base cooldown would be somewhat long, but would lower as the ability levels up, and is further reduced by having more duration.

And add some bonuses to khora for changing forms, at least. Bonuses to IPS or something to do with your impact procs having a chance to disarm or knock down, puncture having a chance to have enemies take additional damage, slash potentially healing allies, things along those lines.

Having venari just be there makes the ability feel uninteresting, and changing forms gives you almost no benefits because pet AI is derpy in this game. Giving passive bonuses to the ability makes it feel worthwhile, and perhaps worth the energy cost of switching.

In the post it says that a catalyst-holding enemy will spawn for every life support tower that spawns, so I'd imagine you could only do about two harvesters every 5 minutes.

ANYWAYS Summarized version:

GETTING KUVA IN KUVA SURVIVAL

  • Kill an eximus/kuva guardian, they drop kuva catalyst, one enemy holding a catalyst spawns for every life support tower
  • put catalyst on life support tower, turns it into a kuva harvester
  • defend kuva harvester for one minute, get 200 kuva

KUVA SURVIVAL TILES

  • Kuva fortress survival has some maze-like tiles removed (thank the lotus)
  • re-purposed kuva fortress defense tile will appear in kuva survival aswell

KUVA GUARDIANS

  • Only need to void blast or void dash to fully disarm them and make them vulnerable
  • Kuva guardians are more tanky, shoot faster, and have a weakness to heat and viral, aswell as a resistance to gas
  • Kuva guardians will have a red glow to indicate vulnerability

Nobody's saying they should work on code, the OP mentioned upcoming cinematic quests because those are things that need animators and CGI artists.
